Email service Monitoring & Operations
Management of all incidents / alerts raised by monitoring tools with our datacenter hoster
Coordinate deployment of security patches and other microsoft kbs
Test and Validate changes (Service Pack, Upgrade, Security etc)
Actively participate to migrations in case of aquisitions / devestitures
Monthly reporting and analysis
Monthly reporting and analysis of all incidents and service requests
Monthly review of monitoring and update of continuous improvement plan/ remediation
Monthly functionnal reporting and clean-up tasks (incoming / outgoing volume of emails, domains names usage,...)
Backoffice Support (Email service L3 support)
Handling of all service requests raised through SG ticketing tool or email (email tracking, migrations..)
Handling of all complex incidents raised through SG ticketing tool or email
Follow-up of problems / incidents escalated to Microsoft and Cisco support
Continuos improvement of Email system and volutions : -
Take part in all ongoing service enhancement actions (new features, strenghtening of our Exchange infrastructure..)
Take part in the continuos email Security enhancement actions (SPF, advanced filtering, Advanced Malware protection)
Participate to tests and assessment of email system volutions on the mid-term
