Job Description

Guarantee the daily cash accounting of bank transactions that are not automatically posted from the AP and Expenses modules. Such transactions would include, amongst others: bank charges, payroll taxes, one-off payroll payments and receivables cash application;
Manage other contractors doing cash accounting, being the main point of contact for any accounting queries from them. Be the connection between the Customer Accountant, by centralizing all the queries that cannot be resolved without Customer support;
Perform bank account reconciliations.
Support the customer accounting team with cash reporting that needs to be done to FP&A on a regular basis;
Basic accounting knowledge, with focus on Cash accounting;
Excel proficiency to be able to perform bank reconciliations and cash reporting Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.
Communicate effectively with clients.
Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel.
