Job Description

Rail Grinder

Qualification: 10/12th

Experience: Should have minimum 5 years experience in Metro/railway project

Chief Surveyor

Education: University Degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering, Additional Training & Certification a plus
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in surveying works with focus in railway construction, 5 years out of which in a senior position.
Proficient in topographic surveying and setting out works for construction with the use of modern and conventional equipment (e.g. RTK GPS receivers, total stations, level instruments, theodolites, aligning lasers etc.).
Very good knowledge of CAD, Digital Terrain Modelling & Survey software (Windows, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, Leica Geo Office Tools etc.)
Very good knowledge & experience in benchmarking, establishing RTK GPS base stations, performing geodetic calculations and transformations from WGS84 to national grids and datum.
Good knowledge of Railway, Track works construction methods & techniques used in large construction projects.
