Requirements:
Experience with WordPress and WordPress Plug-ins preferred
Knowledge of technical and keyword SEO
Knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Keyword Planner, Google Search
Console, Analytics, Google My Business, Google Docs, Google Ads) is a plus
SEM RUSH knowledge is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Passionate about marketing and problem solving
Excellent communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Strong work ethic
Ability to learn new concepts quickly
Must be proactive and self-motivated
Experience with PPC is a plus
Experience with Adobe Suite and Canvas a plus

Job Duties:
You should know how or be able to learn how to do the following:
Develop SEO strategies to improve website rankings
Implement SEO best practices
Make applicable changes to technical SEO in WordPress based on SEM Rush
reports and suggestions
Conduct keyword research and competitive keyword research monthly to assist in
content strategies
Analyze results of various organic and paid campaigns and provide
recommendations to the marketing manager to improve content strategy
Research backlink building opportunities
Update directories including Google My Business, Bing Places, and Yelp
Update social media accounts with relevant content including blogs, infographics,
and industry news based on content provided to you by the marketing manager
Research press opportunities: Press Release opportunities, Award nominations,
press kits, and more and provide recommendations to marketing manager
Prepare, monitor, and report on key social media analytics across social
campaigns and channels
Assist marketing manager with community management across all digital platforms
as needed
Make technical WordPress updates when needed (minify JavaScript and CSS,
update caches, smush images, etc.)
