Job Description

Office Administrator (Ex-serviceman)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintain office decorum, ensuring that employees are focused on their work
Handling employees day to day queries & issues. Any misbehavior or misconduct should be resolved promptly
- Keep proper records of attendance, leave management, and leave approval processes
Update management on a variety of matters including absence, poor performance, disciplinary and grievance matters.
Communicate performance warning, termination, and other related matters to the employees
Plan and implement employee engagement activities. Plan and execute suitable interventions to keep the employees motivated and nurture a positive working environment.
Carry out Facility management activities to make sure everything is up and running
Maintain supplies of IT assets, snacks, stationery and equipment.
Interact and coordinate with IT as well as non-IT Vendors/Suppliers
Record office expenditure and manage budget.
Support data entry tasks: post jobs on internal and external portals, format resumes.
Perform employee on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
Manage employee's HR files and documents
