Position: Mail Room & Reprographics Supervisor

Job Purpose: Mail room controller manages the entire mail room activities in receiving and sorting mails and then distributing them to specific individuals or departments. Responsible for ensuring mail/ parcels/ packages/ documents reaches its recipients in good condition.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sorting incoming mail by department, location and category and keeping records of sent and received mail
Keep records of incoming packages, including their weight, return address and description
Distribute mail to individuals or departments and track mailroom supplies (e.g. stamps, envelopes, address labels) Arrange for express delivery when needed
Maintain day to day office services requests and fulfill firm needs
Open, format, manipulate large attachments according to job specifications
Complete large batch printing requests according to job specifications
May assist with a variety of reprographics requests, including various binding, laminating, and other finishes Complete large requests for organizing and tabbing binders
Desired profile:

Bachelors Degree
Good computer skills
Well-organized, with sharp attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills
