Job Description
Experience:+5 years of in-depth experience of self-directed work with a relevant technical qualification in maintenance and repair in residential and large commercial premises or Towers Blocks.
Qualification:
Good standard of education with a relevant technical qualification from an approved apprenticeship.
UAE Driving License is a MUST (more than 1 year).
Job Responsibilities:
Carry out electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning, refrigeration, repairs, and installation. Oversee Civil Maintenance activities
Responsible for technical maintenance tasks, and report to Operations Supervisor on job progress and issues on a daily basis.
Check Outs and Make ready Provide full and proper information of Check-Out/Make ready list, coordinate with the Cleaning team in order for the cleaning team to inspect & to give back a full report of what has been done in the unit.
Provide feedback/timeframe to Site Admin/Supervisor for work schedule or work completion whenever approval/ payment confirmation is provided to the team.
Thoroughly check the job cards provided and ensure that all the details are provided and inputted correctly for Villa number, date, SR number, client signature, tech. name & ID, Time in & out and material used & with a clear definition of the issue and cause of the issue and specific location of the issue.
Update the PDA/Site Admin/Supervisor on completed job cards/PPM on a daily basis.
Provide information to the Site Admin/Sales Coordinator/Supervisor of what they charged the resident.
On-time delivery of cash expenses against petty cash.
Ensure that materials have proper item codes, if no item code; advise the price from the supplier or subcontractor/ Procurement Coordinator.
Proper estimation of monthly used material and send the list to Supervisor/Procurement at the beginning of every month.
Should provide proper specifications or samples to get the materials
Coordinate with Site Admin/Procurement Coordinator/Supervisor of which units require subcontractor quotation.
Flexibility to work to shift patterns as and when required. Flexible availability for 24/7 standby duties and emergency call outs.
Skills:
Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, master community stormwater, water mains supply, airconditioning, and refrigeration trade works.
Good level of interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Should be flexible and able to adapt to ever-changing business needs.
Must possess a Driving License that obtained at least one year from the date of application
Clear and concise communication ability.
Promotion of customer service excellence.
Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Maintain accuracy when under pressure.
