1. Must have good english speaking skills and good communication skills.
2.Leading and managing the HR department.
3. Should have good knowledge in MS Office & MS Excel.
4. Must have effective communication through emails & writing.
5.Handling company's social media accounts like Naukri,com, monster, shine etc.
6.Maintain & oversee our payroll plan & performance evaluation.
7.Reporting to management and provide decision through HR metrics.
8. Knowledge of HR system & database.
