Job Description

Shift Planning and schedule personnel and material.
2) Ensure all manufacturing equipment and production processes run safely.
3) Measure the dimension of component/Part using measuring instrument.
4) Managing and developing a production team.
5 Agreeing weekly production plans and targets
6) Prepare of production report.
7) Maintaining production equipment.
8) Planning and Monitoring the activities in input/output scheduling.
9) Determining quality control standards.
10) Preparation of KAIZEN ,5S ,Six-sigma ,poka yoke etc.
11) Maintain documents related to production like Job cards, Log books and records of service and breakdown.
12) Knowledge of quality control
