Job Description

Essential Skills :
Experience in Model Based Design using Simulink/State flow tool.
Experienced in scaling of Simulink/Target link models.
Exposure to Model In Loop (MIL), Software In Loop (SIL), Processor In Loop (PIL), Hardware In Loop (HIL).
Proficient in Scripting MATLAB / Python / VBA
Good Knowledge in embedded C
Desired - Knowledge in Auto code generation (Target Link).
Good communication and presentation skills
Good skills with respect to Abstract and logical reasoning
Desired Key Skills:
Understanding the functions of Diesel Powertrain, Transmissions or Drivetrain
Understanding of SW develop tools and development process
Knowledge on industry standards like MAAB/ MISRA
Job Responsibilities:
Requirement analysis for Powertrain Features
Understanding interfaces with other ECUs / Hardware modification if required to realize the feature / function
Study the Daimler Trucks / Buses Powertrain CAN Interfaces required for Feature implementation
Implement or document feature using Daimler Internal Modeling tool, coordinate validation (on HiL)
Develop Test scenarios for Software components
Define strategy and develop tools and scripts to improve the efficiency of software development / documentation process.
Interaction with counter parts for requirement elicitation and status update
