Pre-Sales and Implementation Engineer (Cisco) @ Astral Manpower

Job Description

• Designing Converged networks for Enterprise Level Customer & Partners for the following systems, Voice, Data networks, Wireless Networks, Video Conferencing & Virtualize infrastructure).
• Provide converged system consultancy to enterprise level customers.
• Identification of most suitable solution and products and complete most optimum economical design meetingthe tender requirements and site conditions.
• Attend client meetings for technical clarifications & technical presentation.
• Carry out proof of concept and technology demonstrations for customers/Partners.
• Preparation of complete detailed technical proposal includes design schematic drawings / system architecture, compliance.
• Preparing projects specification Compliance sheet, RFPs and BOQs.
• Performing competitive analyses.
• Carry out Sales, Presales & hands-on technical trainingspresentations for partners.
• Provide professional service for installation, configuration, maintenance and trouble shoot for enterprise customers
• Should have hands on experience in implementation of Enterprise Switching, Wireless, Collaboration and Security.
• Should have hands on experience troubleshooting and customer support
• Should be able execute the projects and able to handle customer pressure.
• Provide support across multiple technologies
• Develop strategic relationships with our Partner SEs
• Presales engineering experience in Enterprise networking, Data Center, Security and UC
• At least 5-7 years of industry experience
• Presales experience of at least 3-5 years
• Experience designing 2 major projects and contributing to three other major projects.
• The ability to work with large, global, complex clients and present technical solutions.
