Training Need Assessment at District Level
oIdentify gaps based on feedback from CC/ DC
oPropose solution and plan of action with Sr. Manager-Training / Head T&C
Planning & deployment of district-level training for teachers (Implementation of Training Calendar)
oInduction/orientation training of teachers
oPedagogical/subject-specific training of teachers
oLeadership training of Head Teachers
oRefresher Training for underperforming teachers
School Visit and on the job support to the teachers
Impact analysis of training at District level
Managing training data and documentation
Academic support to District Team
Support and Contribute to T&C on other academic assignments
