Job Description
Role: Center Head
Client: Large Service Company in Semiconductors, part of MNC with revenue of Multi- Billion USD
Location: Bangalore

Experience: 15+ years
Principal Accountabilities:
- Responsible for Revenue growth and Gross Margin
- Provide hands-on program management for various phases of design verification along with managing resource requirements
- Experience in managing team of 150+ engineers across multiple ODC's
- Responsible for providing support for defining verification strategy for IP and SoC projects
- Responsible for project reviews related to test bench architecture, Test plans and functional and code coverage closure
- Define and derive customer specific project processes for on time quality delivery of ASIC/FPGA projects
- Handling and addressing escalation from Clients and timely and satisfactory resolution
- Manage cross functional and multi-site teams along with interface to Sales
- Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and function; working simultaneously with Engineering, Accounts, Sal+A3es, HR and Resourcing team to deliver technical as well business solutions
- Responsible for successful project delivery to the customer
- Responsible for conducting weekly/monthly status meetings with client manager
- Responsible for quarterly and yearly performance reviews of the team
- Responsible for expanding business with the current Client as well as venture for new projects / clients
- Prior experience in Engineering Pre-sales, business development and Project planning including schedule and resource estimation is a must
- Experience in mentoring and grooming new leads within the team
Technical Competency:
- Understanding of standard ASIC verification techniques, including Test planning, Testbench creation, Code and Functional coverage, Directed and random stimulus generation
- Solid understanding of verification methodologies and one or more of the following standard test bench languages: SystemVerilog (OVM/UVM), C/C++Verilog PLI
- Proficient in object-oriented programming.
- Experience with implementing constraint random verification methodology.
- Experience of working on multiple IP and SoC level projects
