Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing the operation team of during the shift
- Monitors productivity and seeks process improvement
- Responsible for trouble shooting/query handling on shop floor
- Day to day management of team
- Drive Innovation and Process Excellence initiatives
- Coaching /Mentoring Team Members
- To ensure timely PPDP reviews
- Help in Staffing/Recruiting
- Daily Client Interaction & Ensure seamless delivery of Service to customers
- Quality monitoring, feedbacks, people management (Attrition & Schedule adherence etc.)
- Manage the process as per the agreed SLA, etc.
- Preparing MI reports
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate
- Minimum of 5 years BPO experience (US Insurance Claim, US Healthcare, Life & Annuities) with at least 1 year in a supervisory role of managing at least 5 TMs.
