Job Location: E-City, Bangalore
Qualification: Bcom/Mcom/MBA Finance (Commerce Graduates only)
Shifts : Night Shifts
Experience : 2-4 years
Job Description:
Mix of Finance graduates, Masters in Finance with strong functional knowledge and experience on R2R processes. Prior hands on experience on ERP with strong analytical skills.
Primary responsibilities:
a) Execute day-to-day operational tasks including booking of accrual JE, fixed assets addition/transfer/Disposal, Bank and Balance Sheet reconciliations & other month end close activities etc.
b) Deliver as per agreed timelines
c) Adhere to SLAs
d) Identify and execute process improvement opportunities
e) Update SOPs as required
P2P (Payment Processing)-
Job Location: E-City, Bangalore
Qualification: Bcom/Mcom/MBA Finance (Commerce Graduates only)
Shifts : Night Shifts
Experience: 1-4 years
Job Description:
- Hands on experience in Accounts payable process.
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. using SAP/ Oracle system.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
- Continuing to improve the payment process.

O2C (Cash app and Collection)-
Job Location: E-City, Bangalore
Qualification: Bcom/Mcom/MBA Finance (Commerce Graduates only)

Experience: 1-4 years
Job Description:
- Experience of 1-3 years in First Party Collections / Customer Service
- Assertiveness, ability to speak in a structured manner, good listening and paraphrasing skills
- Communication skills (the collections personnel need to have excellent command over the language and good customer management skills)
- Good Analytical skills Ability to understand and explain payment history, late fees, financial terms and credit services
- Perform to agreed Metrics at Individual level and Perform to agreed Metrics at Team level
- Experience of 3 years in AR process Collections and Disputes or Cash Application
- Good knowledge of accounting. Should be able to analyze customer account and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication skills (the collections personnel need to have excellent command over the language and good customer management skills)
- Diligent follow ups on pending payment arrangements & work towards achieving defined SLAs & Targets
- Refer un-resolvable & complex cases to Team leads for guidance & resolution
- Be able to probe and show active listening skills
- Ability to write concise notes on a given case history.
