Job Description

• Develop IT purchasing strategy
• Track overall IT procurement
• Prepare approval note for new procurement, coordinate with legal team for contract review, Raise PR in system, Follow-up for PO release, Reserve forecast based on milestones, coordinate for invoice processing
• Coordination with vendors and IT Partners for milestone tracking, raise invoice, Coordinate for payment processing.
• Visiting existing/potential suppliers. Attending meetings with vendors/suppliers
• Procure products from suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
• Liaising between suppliers / manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers
• vendor payout on time
• Monthly/quarterly and yearly expense management

Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• SAP PR/PO creation, Approval note preparation, Budget Summary.
• IT BOQ preparation, knowledge about IT Hardware and Software components.
• Strong follow-ups and ability to track the procurement till closure.
• Invoice preparation and tracking budget v/s actual expense.
• Hand on preparing excel based reports, inventory management etc.
• High proficiency on MS Office
• Good vendor management skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate
• 3-5 years of work experience IT Procurement, Invoice Clearance, SAP modules.
