Dear Candidate

We are recruiting Sales Managers for our client, the select will be handling Key Accounts Manage Sales achieve targets month on month basis. Promote range of products across counters.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Accomplish overall sales targets

Build and maintain an effective dealer base to achieve targets thru effective relationship.

Constantly achieve & surpass billing targets.

Improve the counters through product range expansion & gain major share from competitors.

Expand a bigger network.

Service order as per set norms through the distributors / direct and the network maintains adequate stocking of product range.

Stocks to be moved where and when necessary.

Keep updated on product knowledge of products and competitors enabling effectively and promote the range of products.

Communicate effectively by managing the company schemes to achieve monthly targets

Manage payments within Company norms and extend the necessary support where and when required.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Willing to Travel extensively

Minimum 7 to 12 years over all experience selling decorative paints. Should be capable to handle Primary and Secondary sales, Distributors handling with good track record.
