Job Title: TERETTORY BUSINESS EXECUTIVE/SALES TEAM LEADER (STL)
Responsibility:
Planning and achievement of DSE-wise (Sales Executive) Coverage, volume & fundamentals in the assigned area objectives in the assigned area
Planning and execution of the promotions & new product launches in the assigned area
Planning and achievement of Local Initiatives / priorities
Analysis and planning of business DSE-wise/ customer-wise / Product category/ SKU-wise for the assigned area.
Skill up gradation of Sales Executives
Ongoing Performance review of his/her team of Sales executives
Ensure proper collection for assigned area
Education: Post Graduates or Graduates in any discipline, Working
Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Experience: About 4 - 5 years of sales work experience in FMCG along with team handling
Language: English & Fluency in local language
Key Criteria: High Initiative & Follow through skills, Persuasive Communication skills, Strong
Leadership skills
