Job Description

Key accountabilities :
- Ensure and manage delivery of customer commitments
- Service Levels & quality of Service Delivery
- Customer Relationship Management - drive follow up, urgency, and client first culture working alongside engagement teams
- Multi-site operations with focus on creating Global operations centres across the world using follow the sun-model
- Focus on creating success in new opportunities and sustaining success in ongoing ones
- handle escalations in an appropriate way with focus on client retention
- Resource Management, Resourcing, forecasting, utilization, efficiency & attrition management
- People management - focus on retention, upskilling, competency development
- DevOps deliveries in-time and with profits along with MSO management. Knowledge of CI/DC processes using container based deployments
- Creation of Digital operations with AI/ML based operations using Automated Incident Handling, Automated Operations Activities, AI Based cross-system alarm coordination, chatbots etc.
- Ensure year-on-year improvements in Efficiencies and Cost optimization.
- Financial Profit & Loss responsibility of entire division as per company expectations
Minimum Experience:
- 20+ years of extensive experience in service delivery and management
- Extensive knowledge of ITIL practices and industry tools and Lean 6Sigma quality standards
- Minimum 4 years experience in managing DevOps way-of-working using container based deployments
- Minimum 8 10 years experience in managing Global Operations Centre for multiple customers spread world-over is mandatory
- Minimum 8 10 years experience in managing group of 200+ members
- Demonstratable experience in year-on-year cost optimization and value creation.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in AI based operations.
- Extensive experience in using Service Management Tools, Knowledge Management tools, Configuration Management tools, Monitoring tools, RPA Tools, CI/CD tools, Reporting Tools and AI/ML tools
- Experience of moving from RPA to IPA will be desirable
