Job Description

Managing End-to- end recruitment life-cycle.
Proficient knowledge using different job portals, Social Networking sites.
Understanding the and Specification and analyzed the candidates as per the competencies required.

Sourcing relevant profiles from Job Portals, and generating leads through referencing
Sourcing, screening the resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, Scheduling Interviews, follow-up with the candidates on daily basis.
Posting jobs in various Social networking sites.
Good telephonic and Email etiquette.
Shift : Day Shift
Timings : 9 Am- 6 Pm
Work Location : Secunderabad
