Job Description

Import and Local Purchases checking and processing for payments when it is due.
Journals entries posting and verification.
LC details updating
Daily report updating with above.
Credit note requests verification and process for approval
Weekly Debtors ageing report, bill wise OS reports to Marketing.
Customer reconciliation as and when required
Sales & collection Report for the month and YTD to Marketing
Credit Note Issued statement for the month and YTD
LC paid statement for the month and YTD
Tax paye calculation for expat and processing
Vat calculation and payment process
Stock valuation Monthly(WIP)
Intercompany debit notes valuation and cross checks
Preparation daily and Monthly Various MIS reports.
Preparation of Payroll.
Knowledge of handling of Statutory and Internal Audit.
