Job Description

  • Import and Local Purchases checking and processing for payments when it is due.
  • Journals entries posting and verification.
  • LC details updating
  • Daily report updating with above.
  • Credit note requests verification and process for approval
  • Weekly Debtors ageing report, bill wise OS reports to Marketing.
  • Customer reconciliation as and when required
  • Sales & collection Report for the month and YTD to Marketing
  • Credit Note Issued statement for the month and YTD
  • LC paid statement for the month and YTD
  • Tax paye calculation for expat and processing
  • Vat calculation and payment process
  • Stock valuation Monthly(WIP)
  • Intercompany debit notes valuation and cross checks
  • Preparation daily and Monthly Various MIS reports.
  • Preparation of Payroll.
  • Knowledge of handling of Statutory and Internal Audit.
