Job Description

Reviewing the Financial statements from banking perspective.
Preparation of CMA / Financial Analysis Reports for all profit centers on time to time basis (Quarterly /Half Yearly) for banking facilities.
Planning & Analysis of financial needs of all the profit centers.
Interaction with bankers for increasing, maintaining and reviewing the banking facilities.
Managing the Fund flow (inward and outward remittances).
Control on interest rate and other Banking Charges, preparation of such reports and reporting it to Senior Management from time to time.
Over viewing daily banking operations.
Upgrading the Systems (Software) from time to time and developing new MIS reports for treasury Planning.
Liquidity Management (Assets to Liability ratio) report preparation, analysis and follow ups on the same.
Knowledge of Companies ACT & Relevant Law Including income Tax.
FEMA Awareness And FDI compliance.
