Manager - Banking Operations @ Jobs In Pocket

Job Description

• Reviewing the Financial statements from banking perspective.
• Preparation of CMA / Financial Analysis Reports for all profit centers on time to time basis (Quarterly /Half Yearly) for banking facilities.
• Planning & Analysis of financial needs of all the profit centers.
• Interaction with bankers for increasing, maintaining and reviewing the banking facilities.
• Managing the Fund flow (inward and outward remittances).
• Control on interest rate and other Banking Charges, preparation of such reports and reporting it to Senior Management from time to time.
• Over viewing daily banking operations.
• Upgrading the Systems (Software) from time to time and developing new MIS reports for treasury Planning.
• Liquidity Management (Assets to Liability ratio) report preparation, analysis and follow ups on the same.
• Knowledge of Companies ACT & Relevant Law Including income Tax.
• FEMA Awareness And FDI compliance.
