• Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Key Responsibilities : Hands on experience on Airwave Clearpass vOrchestrator Velocloud experience zScaler cloud based proxy administration experience:- configuration of policies for all traffic using the local internet breakout Solarwinds knowledge and handson IPAM and topology manager modules
  
  
  • Technical Experience : Velocloud SDWAN knowledge and experience Good understanding of Routing switching concepts Wireless knowledge and exposure on Aruba products: Clearpass and Airwave, should be able to troubleshoot RF issues and optimize the wireless signals Citrix cloud management knowledge
  
  
  • Professional Attributes : Aruba wireless skills alternatively other vendor Aruba Airwave Clearpass monitoring tools SD-WAN Velocloud alternatively other vendor, Viptela or Silverpeak
  
  
  • Educational Qualification : Btech
