Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate-Webmethods

In this role, you will be responsible for Design, Code build, unit test and debug new and existing programs in Middle ware technologies You will work with a Team of webMethods Developers and Platform support team. Flexible to rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Are you the one we are looking for
  • Perform applications Support and Monitoring activities.
  • Respond and provide resolution for unusual behavior of applications performance based on availability alerts on an application(s) or interface scheduler jobs(s) when sensed as down or slow .
  • Check, execute, manage and support day-to-day application support activities via ticketing tool and mails.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor of Engineering or any equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications

  • Good back ground in programming / logical skills.
  • Good Analytical skills.
  • Core Java concepts are preferred.
  • Understanding of IT software development life cycle and project management methodologies.
  • An understanding of the change management process in the SDLC of IT projects and support
