Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Project Management HR with domain technology In this role you will be responsible for leading projects in HR with the business case, product finalization, implementation cycle and benefit realization and for bringing a new perspective basis the experience in hand and market trends on usage of AI, ML, NLP etc which helps in enabling the next-gen technologies in the HR processes including Learning department It requires experience in implementing Oracle ERP, integrations with the third party applications, Fusion and Taleo Are you the one we are looking for Apply now Responsibilities- Drive projects for first time right delivery will be a key responsibility of success
- Lead the end to end delivery of the project from the understanding the business need, finding right solution, testing and implementing this as per the Genpact guidelines
- Follow Agile & waterfall model, tools and frameworks, to deliver repeatable long-term solutions as per the need
- Work closely with business partners, Product Vendor & internal practices and driving the delivery teams to execute and implement solutions within committed timeframe
- Having positive relationship with business partners & IT solutions teams
- Provide functional consulting services by acting as Domain specialist and leading key partners through the entire Project cycle.
- Identify the business requirements and map them to the existing platforms and identifying the gaps and providing the right solutioning
- Having capability to find risks and their impact on the processes much in advance
- Having project management experience in handling/ running big scale projects which are global in nature with scope of multiple geographies
- Interaction with global HR Stakeholders to capture requirements, discuss solutions, taking care of project issue and the resolutions
- Participation in Leadership reviews
- Provide weekly/ daily/monthly reports as project demand
- Bachelors/ Master of Technology / MBA
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Trained or Certified in Project Management, Agile. Technology
