Role : Servicenow Consultant
Work Location : Anywhere in India
Experience :4.5 Years to 10 Years
Shift : Day Shift
Industry : IT-Software / Software Services
Position : C2H(Long term Payroll with Quess IT Staffing)
Snow Module
- CSM / Portal
- Experience on SN custom application development.
- Experience on Scripting.
- Experience on Service Portal Development.
- ITOM- ITOM- Event Module Lead with cloud provisioning knowledge.
Event Management.
- Integrate monitoring tools like Omi, SCOM, SolarWinds, vROPS with ServiceNow Event Management using Connectors, Listeners, SNMP traps, REST API, Inbound Email actions
- Configure Event rules and Event Field mapping to process event rules to Alert.
- Create and configure alert rules to automatically create incident/problem.
- Experience in flow designer to create Flow, SubFlow, Actions.
- Create Advanced alert correlation rules based on user requirements to correlate alerts.
- Experience on Event Management Dashboard.
- Create and configure Manual and Technical Service.
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure.
Configuration Management:
- Create/edit identification rule, reconciliation rule and Data precedence rule.
- Worked on CMDB Query Builder, CI Class Manager.
- Worked on Data certification.
- Solid Knowledge of IT infrastructure.
- Experience working on Discovery Probe, Patterns and Sensors.
- Should be able to create/edit sensors.
- Experience working on Mid Servers, REST, SOAP.
- Discovery: ServiceNow discovery and cloud discovery and admin certification is a must.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
