Inviting applications for Manager - Finance Excellence The Analyst is a key member of the Finance Excellence Team, the heartbeat of business partnering and performance management as per the Future Finance Vision. As such the Analyst will be responsible for performance managing end to end the BMI. The Analyst reports to the management accounting and reporting manager in the team Roles & Responsibilities - Process Skills- Understanding Brand and Marketing P&L impact
- Actual vs Forecast analysis, Annual BMI planning and consolidation
- Zero-based Budgeting (ZBB) in Marketing
- Hyperion Essbase Smart view & hierarchies
- Advance excel / VBA, SAP & SAP BW
- Power BI Visualization / PPT Skills, Anaplan Planning Tool
- Analysis at a Brand level to assist in optimizing spend
- Insights to Brand Managers/categories FP&A related to BMI
- An act to Forecast variance analysis
- Deep-dive on category drivers to explain BMI performance variances
- Alignment on the forecast with BU partners to identify cost savings and regional reporting
- Risk & Opportunities identification
- Co-ordinating with internal partners
- Support Category management by providing insights on forecast
- Partner the marketing teams in optimizing the spending through ROMI analyses and look for simplification and efficiencies in the BMI processes whilst improving the quality of what we deliver to our partners
- Strong FP&A and analysis skills
- University degree or equivalent
- Working experience in CPG/ FMCG
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, written & verbal
- SAP and Excel knowledge, Expertise in Power BI
- Excel and Presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Experience in FMCG business or similar role
- Accounting/Finance degree is meaningful, with achieved or working towards CPA or CA or equivalent qualification
- Drive proactive action through leadership and influence
- Eagerness, extra energy & dedication to make a difference
- Autonomous, proactive and problem solving
