Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Talent Channels

Are you the one we are looking for Apply nowResponsibilities
  • Independently lead large deals end to end resourcing consulting, digital and analytics
  • Experience working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment, handling conflicting priorities
  • Experience in people handling and team management
  • Lead and participate in key discussions/decisions for aligned vertical and service lines
  • Good understanding of Staffing and resource deployment life cycle
  • Executive presence and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of G and the organization structure
  • Independently complete Resource Enablement Processes, including Deriving Resourcing Mix, Deployment, Reporting, Tracking etc.
  • Have ability to build positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office skills especially in MS Excel
  • Understanding of Utilization and financial metric concepts and their application
  • Agile with sharp attention to detail, highly organized self-starter and out of the box problem solver
QualificationsMinimum qualifications
  • Bcom/MBA or Graduation
Preferred qualifications
  • Good communication and articulation skills is a must
