Construction Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

Construction Manager Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
Construction Manager Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Construction Manager Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Construction Manager Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Construction Manager Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
Construction Manager Meet contractual conditions of performance
Construction Manager Review the work progress on daily basis
Construction Manager Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Construction Manager Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Construction Manager Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences
Construction Manager Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
Construction Manager Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Skills:
