Conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing Escalate complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. Manage incoming calls for customer support, being the first point of response within the assigned territory Gather spare parts, consumables requirements through customer interactions to support the Sales Operations team to manage spares availability at stock. Bonus points for experience with Lasers and other Electrical experience / Printing & Packaging industry Knowledge. In your main role at Om Logistics Limited, you will: Listen to customer problems and respond accordingly in a timely manner Manage incoming support calls (Emails, phone etc.,) Plan travel and schedule for on-site deployment Reach out to secondary support and Global team in cases of Escalations Take ownership of all reported issues and follow up till closure.
