Directing, Coordinating, Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Control, Integration, and closing of the Civil Projects.
Monitor construction productivity and Ensures all changes to specifications,work scope and drawings are documented
Fast track Commercial projects, Industrial Structures, Modern infrastructures, Structural designs, interpretation of Technical data, drawing etc.
Liaison with consultants for updating of site activities and plan progressive schedules and civil work approvals.
Planning, estimation and timely construction of the Projects.
Dealing with statutory authorities,contractors.
Commercially aware with hands-on experience of construction works.

Key Skills

Technical Managerial competencies , Result oriented, interpersonal skills,excellent man-management ,Planning, estimating and quantity surveying.
