Job Description

The candidate is required to have:

• 2 to 5 years of experience as Sales / Business Development Associate or similar position inPharmaceutical industry
• Candidate should have experience in Pharma sales in a medium to large-scale Healthcare industry, with adequate exposure to marketing schemes, area expansion drives of the company and generating leads
• Owning a two-wheeler is a must

Job Description:

• The candidate would be responsible for expanding the sales of products to existing and new market territory
• Responsible for developing sales strategies and driving volumes, distribution targets and people objectives in the assigned territory
• Travel for in-person meetings with doctors, chemist, institutes, hospitals or any relevant customers to develop key relations to improve the sales performance
• Able to utilize their existing sales network to push company products
• Researching prospects and generating leads
• Candidate will be responsible for strengthening the brand
• Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication skills
• Any other activities as and when required and essential in the interest of the company for developing sales & activities will be directed to perform by the candidate
