Bpo/call center team leader (marketing) Job responsibilities

1)Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting to:VP/AVP - Customer Success

2. Monitoring team performance, Motivate team, Suggesting and organizing team building activities.

3. Stabilized & grew City & overall sales

4. Complete end to end ownership of counselors/sales executives/zonal coordinator interviewing, hiring, training, monitoring, and reviewing across the zone.

5.Training to counselors/sales executives/zonal coordinator team, Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed
