Job Description

• Recruit Advisors (Agents) and generate business through them
• Direct and indirect marketing to increase Business turnover
• Act as Team Leader to the Advisors and ensure their targets are achieved.
• Responsible for assigning & finalizing targets, monitor & review periodically
• Ensure that the Direct sales activities are carried out and completed on a daily basis
• Generate leads from visits and calls made.
