Job Description

Position: Tender Executive.

Industry: Pharmaceuticals.

Location: Western Suburb Mumbai.

Experience: In below JD of Minimum 2.5-3 years (Pharma background mandatory).

Age: Between 24 years to 35 years No Relocation Candidates.

Gender: No gender preference.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of all documents & annexure to quote online & offline International tenders (like Mauritius, Burkina Faso, Oman, etc.) & domestic tender of finished formulation pharmaceutical product.
Preparation of EMD/ Bank Guarantee in coordination with account department.
Keeping track of EMD/ Bank Guarantee & getting it released once either tender supply is completed or in case we have not won the tender.
Coordinate with Field force & stockiest PAN India for update on Domestic tenders which are quoted.
Should be able to prepare corporate hospital quotations based on given rates & keep track of Hospital quotations.
