•Based on the marketing plan development short term and long term.
•Responsible to build the brand across the country.
•Establishing distribution networks and to achieving desired goals by managing a team of professionals.
•Manage the sales and marketing operations and accountable for top line and bottom-line growth.
•Define and implement strategies for market penetration of Cattle Feed , FMCG and agriculture bio fertilizer.
•Develop and sustain the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain.
•Expand the distributor infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets.
•Evaluate performance & monitor distributor sales and marketing activities.
Identify and evaluate institutional customers and sustain.
