Education : Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)
Experience : 5-7 years minimum (preferably in Tea, Spices, Papad or FMCG industries)
Profile :
Responsible for Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh state.
Achieve sales target, Manage channel wise primary
and secondary sales distribution.
To guide the sales team about monthly initiatives
and motivate them to achieve sales target by doing
basic call process.
Researched and identified opportunities for account
growth, account penetration and market expansion.
Developed innovative sales and marketing
strategies to facilitate business expansion.
Developed and implemented new strategies and
policies in collaboration with executive partners to
establish and achieve long-term business objectives,
providing company with strong and sustainable
organizational leadership
