Handle walk-in customers & understand their needs Sale of the products, up selling & cross-selling of products/services Maintain sales targets Candidate Profile Knowledge about medicines Reading prescriptions (handwriting is often difficult to read) Be able to suggest medicines for basic ailments Suggest alternate medicines if one brand is not available Be good at filing and using computers Manage invoice and billing
