Are you the one we are looking for Apply NowWe are inviting applications for the role of SM, Commercial Lending In this role, you will be responsible for pre-sales analytics services and data strategy articulation role for BFS business. You will function as a SPOC for sales pursuit and liaise with service lines and delivery to ensure accurate solution design, cost and fitment to the portfolio as well as to the sales strategy. Responsibilities- Advanced knowledge of Commercial Lending/leasing Deal Closing, set up and Servicing
- Strong Demonstrated ability on Commercial Lending and Leasing and solid understanding of Loan/Lease lifecycle across Commercial segments
- Detailed Lending/Leasing Process Knowledge, risk and control mechanism
- Managing Operations as well as Client relationship with Large clients
- Should be able to contribute and implement best practices Should have customer handling experience
- Should have a strong Project Management experience and be able to lead various Genpact/Client led projects
- Should be proficient with MIS/Dashboard/Reports and be able to manage the same for multiple clients under CLL
- Applies experience to anticipate and be proactive in addressing potential issues before they become problems
- Partner with transition, transformation for setting new operations
- Participates in discussions cross-functional teams on process standardization, process improvements, system validation, customization, and integration of new tools and technologies
- Engage in new client pilots, solution and review processes for new opportunities.
- University Graduates (B.Com)
- Significant years of experience in Commercial Banking & CLL Domain
- Experience, ability and amenity engaging with Banking & Commercial Lending Clients & SMEs
- Strong Project Management skills
- Excellent on Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Macro s etc.)
- Strong bent of mind towards data analytics, inferences, technology and digital
- Understanding of the end-to-end Commercial Loan Lending life cycle
- Commercial Lending / Institutional banking operations experience / system expertise/ understanding of the Booking and Servicing processes
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and prior exposure to the clients conversations would be effective
- Experience in handling medium teams of Approx. 50 - 60 + FTE s
- Execution Skills / Solution Identification/ Process Mapping and Process documentation skills
