Come, be a part of our exciting journey Are you the one we are looking for Inviting applications for the role of AM, Source to Pay (Analytics) In this role you will be at the groundbreaking of the transformation of procurement. We re looking for an individual who is passionate about data, analytics, and the potential insights that they can yield. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both internal and external partners, handling large data sets and using these to generate insight and information that adds value to Procurement organizations. Key Responsibilities:- Work with clients and account teams to assess and analyze client data
- Be able to review client data sets, identifying gaps and working with clients to resolve these
- Be able to cleanse and consolidate data to build a single data master which can be used for all analysis
- Conduct a range of procurement analytics using Genpact s standard reporting suite to generate outputs
- Ability to structure a story and replay to clients the results of data analytics including action driven insights
- Capability in generating meaningful insights from large and disparate data sources
- Understanding of databases and database structures
- Ability to clearly present analyses in a visually compelling manner
- Experience working with business financial data such as procurement, accounts payable, supply chain or operations
- Specialist user of MS Excel
- Experience with MS Access or other database tools
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Proven experience
- Experience with PowerBI, Tableau or Qlik
- Experience performing procurement-related analyses
