Manager - Datastage Lead @ Genpact India

Job Description

• This role lies with Genpact Corporate IT -Compute Management Division. You will support corporate Compute operations 24X7 for internal IT. You will work actively on the operational issues along with internal / external partners to recover the systems failure (proactive/reactive).
• You will have tremendous opportunities learn in one of the biggest Compute group in the industry.

• Lead team of ETL developers to deliver the projects.
• Participate and architect the ETL design and own the overall ETL solution (Datastage).
• Learn and chip in various issues in data warehouse technologies like DashDB, SQL DB, ETL, Reporting
• Design, Development & Delivery of ETL based projects and reports.
• Documentation & finding out the nature of problem & be a problem solver at heart.
• End to End ETL Development, redefining and loading data warehouse and mart tables
• Build positive relationships with business partners

• B.E/B Tech/MCA
• Robust analytical and problem solving skill
• Confirmed ETL experience (client facing) related to data warehouse/Analytics / Datastage, other any ETL tool
• Expertise on Info-sphere Data Stage version 11.0 and above, Quality Stage, Data Architect, Business Glossary and DB2.
• Basic knowledge on UNIX commands & Cloud
• Solid grasp on the Performance tuning of the DS Jobs.

• Experience in implementing database solutions on MS SQL Server, Oracle and DB2 required.
• Microsoft/IBM Cloud experience and good experience on Design, Development, Unit Testing of the DataStage code
