Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Individual Annuities
In this role we require resources who has a track record for leading 20 to 25 resources and keeping an engaged workforce and experience as subject matter guide in Individual annuities backend operations (setting up and issuing new policies, processing distributions and researching issues)
Responsibilities:- Drive Continuous Improvement and develop a strategy for team to reach organization goal
- Communicate clear instructions to team members and able to provide mentorship whenever needed
- Own the flow of day-to-day operations and build reports to update the company on the teams progress
- Rapport building with the internal & external partner and take care of any issues that arise during shift promptly and expertly, seeking advice from the duty manager where necessary
- Ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered at all times
- Assist the Manager as and when necessary to make the business run effectively and efficiently and Ensure the team serves all products to company and brand specification
Minimum Qualification
- Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal partners
- Project Management and ability to lead multiple priorities and positive attitude with a focus on continuous operational improvement and an open mind to change
- Understand and interpret Insurance terminology
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Reciprocal approach towards resolving the issues with partners & peers/sub-process areas
