Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manger - Voice & Claims

Responsibilities:

  • Relevant Experience in Policy Admin/ Claims backend operations for Life Insurance, Annuities or Long Term Care Insurance
  • Team Handling/ people facing role. Proven track record for handling 15 to 20 resources and keeping an engaged workforce
  • Develop a strategy for team to reach organization goal and communicate clear instructions to team members
  • Monitor team members and able to provide guidance whenever needed and manage the flow of day-to-day operations
  • Build reports to update the company on the team's progress and rapport building with the internal & external partner
  • Look after any issues that arise during shift promptly and expertly, seeking advice from the duty manager where necessary and ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered at all times
  • Assist Operations lead as and when necessary to make the business run effectively and efficiently and ensure the team meet client expectations & SLA s.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law
  • Excellent voice skills
  • Proven experience in managing teams in Customer service setting

Preferred skills:

  • Insurance or healthcare background is highly preferred
  • Use Reports/Information about Team to proactively coach agents
  • Demonstrate and drive customer centricity
  • High on initiative and able to drive them independently
  • Look for ways to improve/develop your team performance
  • High level of maturity, assertiveness, proactive and innovative
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities under pressure
