Are you the one we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- DotNetIn this role, you would be primary responsible for development and some design various applications based on .NET technology. Work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into customer needs.
Responsibilities- Participate in requirement gathering, Status update on work, end to end deliverable of the code/Project.
- Analyzing, Designing and implementing the code.
- Perform the Unit/ Integration testing in QA environment of UI components.
- Able to handle the complete enhancement from requirement gathering till production deployment independently.
- Very well versed with overall application of the project, dependencies and functionality of various components
- Evaluate existing code to recode/update as part of performance improvement / Optimization.
- Develop technical documents, test document to accurately represent application design and code.
Develop UI using ASP.Net, C# and AngularJS, Rest Service using Java
- Writing SQL Server stored procedures and develop python scripts
- Working with the Test Manager in owning the System Test cycle
- Participate in Application Modernization program
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives as the need arises
- Mentoring and coaching of graduate staff.
- Seek and resolve production problems with new insights
- Regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical partners locally and globally for status update, requirement discussions, discussion around solution/approach etc
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of C#, .Net, MS SQL, SSIS
- Ability to manage & lead development work end to end. Knows how to supervise items to delivery, manage timelines, escalations etc.
- Provide in-depth and strong technical specialty and knowledge to the team
- Sound understanding of .Net and Server Side programming
- Good understanding of OOPs concept and data structures
- Knowledge/Hands on experience on distributed applications and design patterns.
- Extensive experience on multithreading, asynchronous processing & concurrent programming
- Proficient in design/Development through TDD/Exposure to Unit Testing-Integration testing/NUnit
- A dedicated and enthusiastic can-do attitude is critical
- Able to understand requirements analysis then, build and deliver the solution.
- Proficient in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with proven experience in design, analysis and development stages.
- The ability to communicate, friendly and cultural behavior during customer contact.
- Willingness and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to learn the Product/Platform and associated technologies.
- Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools
