Are you the one we are looking for We are inviting applications for the role of Consultant - Functional ServiceNow In this role, you will be responsible to support Service now functionally to enhance business processes. This role comprises various tasks such as work as developing dashboard, crafting dashboard reports, crafting BI reports and visualizations, and participating in feedback sessions to improve systems. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into customer needs.Responsibilities
- Your role will function as a ServiceNow Functional consultant and add additional value to the work
- Experienced in interacting with business users to analyze the business process and requirements and transforming requirements into visualizations and reports
- Must have strong skills and knowledge with the selection of appropriate data visualization strategies (e.g., chart types) for specific use cases. Ability to show case complete dashboard implementations that demonstrate visual best practices (e.g., color themes, visualization layout, interactivity, drill-down capabilities, filtering, etc.)
- You should be an Independent player and has experience working with senior executives
- Able to explore options and suggest new solution and visualization techniques to the customer
- Crafting dashboards
- Encouraged to be passionate about agile methodology of development. Participate in some or all activities in SDLC
- Tackle and resolve production problems with new ideas
- BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BI experience.
- Experience/Knowledge is crafting DB views and materialized view
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are required
- Should be able to document to details
- Ability to make right graph choices, use of data blending feature, Connect to several DB technologies
- Must stay up to date on new and coming visualization technologies
- Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools. Incident Management. Real-time multi-threaded application development
- Organized, results focused, practical
