ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you would be responsible for providing Enhancement & Development services in a Java environment during regular hours. Candidate will be working with SMEs, Business Analyst, module developers & Users complete end-to-end SDLC for Capital Market Client.
Additional responsibilities shall include contributing in designing and documenting of the software architecture based on existing architecture and inputs received from Client from time to time. Perform unit testing, integration testing and UAT as and when required. Also, engage with Client in requirement gathering, Status update on work, UAT and be the key partner in the overall engagement.
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications
BE/B Tech/MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications- Meaningful experience in crafting / developing sophisticated IT systems in Java/J2EE within banking and financial services, preferably in Credit Risk or Private Banking area.
- Experience in Java / J2EE, Spring boot, Angular, React JS technologies, solid grasp in Dev Ops teams and setting up cloud native applications in public and private clouds
- Hands on experience in working in containers like Open shift, SQL skills and experience in data analysis, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management able to meet deadlines for both project related and non-project related tasks.
- Good team leader and keen on taking new and diverse tasks/assignments with an understanding of various delivery models including Agile.
- Solid understanding of Linux, end to end delivery of book of work within the assigned project(s)/work stream(s) with an involvement in all the phases of SDLC, analysis of business requirements to suggest solutions
- Clear and unambiguous documentation of the requirements, design scenarios and the solutions, close collaboration with the technical teams to ensure that requirements are understood and translated into technical specifications.
- Active involvement with Quality Assurance teams in defining the QA strategy, test plans and use cases to validate solution.
- Supporting user acceptance testing and acting as a single point of contact for all the partners
- One who is Passionate about technology, problem solving, ability to adapt new skills, sharing expertise and knowledge
- Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations. The person should have a technical curiosity to implement new technologies and articulate the solutions to the client
