Technical Skills and Abilities:
5-8 years of hands-on experience in Test Automation and Performance Testing.
Proficient knowledge of Selenium, Protractor/ngWebDriver and JMeter(Performance Testing).
Strong fundamental knowledge of Performance test methodology and process.
Load Test scenario/test case design, development and review experience (from business requirements).
Solid experience in implementing and delivering end to end performance test solution using Jmeter.
In-depth knowledge of performance test tool architecture to leverage the monitoring and analysis capabilities for client, server, middleware and backend systems.
Should have the ability to create test automation architecture and test automation strategies that can be handed over to automation team for creation.
Should have strong Java/C# Programming Skills.
Should have experience in developing frameworks from the scratch (multiple instances).
Should have experience in developing and coaching test automation team.
Knowledge of best practices like design patterns, structured programming practices in any one programming language is must to have.
Should have experience in advocating test automation strategies for agile transformation initiatives.
Able to work with technical (architects, application developers, DBAs, testers) and business managers to the scope and manage the performance testing and automation engagement.
Knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment and DevOps are good to have.
Experience with Oracle DMBS, SQL, PL/SQL and XML is a plus.
Experience with Web Services Testing is a plus.
Able to use structured programming and scripting languages(e.g., Python, Ruby) is a plus.
Should have strong communication skills and ability to lead the team by example.
