Come, be a part of our exciting journeyInviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Tools & Automation Monitoring In this role, you will be responsible to do the administration of various industries the best tools (Ex. Solarwind, HP NNMi, New relic, CA etc.) which are operational into the Genpact environment for infrastructure monitoring. You will work with various internal partners to fulfill their monitoring requirements by using the above tools. Encouraged to work on the ground at the micro level on each tool, resolving the technical issues of tools and ensuring the smooth sustenance of tools will be your key KRA. Are you the one we are looking for Responsibilities- Technical SME for tools, ensuring the coverage and sustenance of tool
- Mapping the Infrastructures needs with tools results and ensure efficiency on the ground
- work with OEM and find out the right tools/solution for open issues or to mitigate the challenges
- Look after Tools & Automation as overall service and define a metric to measure efficiency/outcome of tools & automation as a function
- Identifying the current challenges and putting strategy and solution to fix those will be a key responsibility
- Work with internal /external team, understand their requirement and how it tools & automation can help to deliver the result efficiently
- Holding the technical ground at the micro level for any kind of open issues related to tools & automation
- Playing an accountable role for tools & automation vertical
- Graduate in engineering/IT
- Certification of Solarwind, CA, HP
- Hands-on experience of implementing & supporting the tools (Solarwind, HP, CA, App dynamic etc.) technically
- Candidate must have work experience of scripting, DevOps environment and relevant tools (Python, Chef etc.)
- Basic understanding of network which are needed to implement the tools and knowledge of DevOps tools
- Excellent written & interpersonal communication
