Are you the one we are looking for We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Advance Analytics Delivery We're looking for someone would be responsible for delivery of all analytics led projects undertaken for this top priority customer. Projects would include the following, though not limited to, since it s an evolving role:Reporting & Dashboarding (PBI), Direct Data Source connection to PBI dashboard, Value generating Analytic Use cases involving data science and Statistical forecasting / modeling. Responsibilities In this role, you'll be responsible for all the activities related to O2C domain- Be a strategic partner to the customer & work closely with them to understand business / process issues to be able to create right solutions. You would be presenting ideas and analyses to customer partners.
- Identify the newest in the industry with respect to the concerned function & drive messaging in client / internal organization. Explore new techniques and advances in the areas of data science, AI and ML and implement the same into the existing operations. Provide subject matter expertise and quality assurance of complex data driven analytic projects
- Project Management & Execution Drive execution of multiple advanced analytics projects to exceed quality requirements and associated return on investment targets. Improve existing analytic techniques by promoting new methodology and industry standards in the field of analytics
- People Leadership Lead a team of analysts, data engineers and data scientists to build a high-performance and innovative team & Chart the right learning & development plan and build career paths
- Knowledge of standard methodologies and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
- Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
- Finance Planning & Analysis understanding of any of the following Commercial Finance, Supply chain finance or budgeting & forecasting having worked for a CPG company Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in data modelling and data mining predictive modeling techniques (e.g., binomial and multinomial regression, ANOVA); Classification techniques (e.g., Clustering, Principal Component Analysis, factor analysis); Decision Tree techniques (e.g., CART, CHAID)
- Hands-on experience in handling large data-sets and analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, R or Python, ML and AI
